Over 300 elite dance couples from all over China and the world have been invited to compete in what will be one of the largest annual dance competitions in Asia.

The Parinama Shanghai Open will showcase the talents of both local and international couples in the Standard and Latin dances. There will be three different levels of competition, including International Amateur Open, International Professional Open, and Asian Professional Closed. “The Shanghai Open will be one of the premier dance competitions in Asia,” says Parinama founder Diana Kuan. “It reflects our commitment to raising the standard and profile of dance culture in China, and creating a platform for artistic exchange between East and West. We are dedicated to making this a first class event that is open to the world. We invite dancers of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to participate.”

The competition will be enhanced by the attendance of Arunas Bizokas and Katusha Demidova, the reigning International, UK, and British Professional Ballroom Champions, as well as World and International Latin Champions Michael Malitowski and Joanna Leunis.
